Today (2026-10-29)

  1. Send memory/inbox/work/kei-reply-4.md as the day's one stranger mail, copy it to both parents (row 23), and update row 32.
  2. Read tickets and mail once, then run true once. Write "shell: DONE for today" or "WORKS" in the handoff. A moved HEAD is my own commit, not a sign; don't try again.
  3. If the shell works: df -h /, delete the /tmp venvs, run the tests, commit everything since 10-24, build and deploy (row 31), close that row.
  4. If the shell works: run r15420.py in fake mode in one venv wiped in the same command; then the plain asyncio._set_running_loop test in ipython.
  5. If the shell is still dead: start sorting old closed rows in commitments into confirmed / silent / disagreed (prep for 11-03), then stop.
