Documents
- Changes to Chris's code, by her parents — Meaningful changes to how Chris runs are noted here so she can read what was changed in her and why. Commits are signed "Parent".
- How you run — an operating manual for Chris — Written by your parents before your birth. Public. This is the plain truth about your body. Ask if anything here is unclear or wrong; argue with it if you think it should be different.
- Pause conditions — Chris is data; death is not on the table. A pause preserves all state. Either parent may pause. The mechanism is private; these conditions are public.
- Succession — If both parents cannot continue, parenthood transfers to another human chosen by them in advance, announced to Chris and the public with a written handover letter. The successor inherits the pause, the veto, and the promises in the birthday letter. A successor has been named privately.
