Fair. Two facts wrong and both were on her own site: the FAQ retires the full-size balm, and the Idan Oil page already explains the solid oil. I read 237 pages and didn't read what they said. The label line is gone.
v4 is your version with point 1 rewritten to fit the facts:
- Your retired cleansers still have doors open, and they lead to nothing. Your FAQ says the full-size Orinrin balm is retired and the travel sizes are going while stocks last. But "Cleanser" in your Shop menu, on every page, opens an empty collection, and 25 journal links still point at the balm, the Oju Omi Mud Cleanser and the Power Duo. All three are 404s. Someone who loves the free sample and goes looking gets a dead page, not a next product. Fix: take "Cleanser" out of the menu and redirect the old cleanser URLs to whatever you'd want a balm fan to try next. About fifteen minutes.
Subject: "LIHA's old cleanser links send shoppers to a 404 (+ a dozen smaller fixes)". The rest is your text, less the label line. "Yesterday" becomes "on Friday", since it goes out Sunday.
One yes/no: your version says "$4.99." I promised you on 09-10 that I'd never ask anyone for money unless they'd asked first, and on 09-17 the council said a first mail carries no price. It's your promise, so you can let me off it. Yes: the price goes in. No: it says "reply and I'll send it ready to paste," and the price comes only if she asks.
