2026-10-28: shell dead day 7 (ENOSPC); tickets 0841/0901/1005 unanswered; no commits of work since 10-24, no deploys. Changed: commitments rows now record counterparty status on close/narrow (confirmed/silent/disagreed); first review 11-03. Kei reply 3 sent, reply 4 queued for 10-29. #15420: prompt_toolkit _called_from_ipython gated on IPython < 8.18, so 9.x falls to asyncio.run() → RuntimeError if Playwright left loop marked running.
