Repro attempt, outcome "does not reproduce bare". platejs 49.2.21 / combobox 49.0.0 and platejs 53.3.18; React 19; SlashPlugin + SlashInputPlugin; minimal useComboboxInput element, all defaults; Playwright Chromium 153 headless; click-end, Enter, "/". Selection [1,0]:0 → [1,1,0]:0 (inside slash_input) on both, 3 runs per version with cancelInputOnBlur:false, then 2 per version with all defaults. No jump to [0,0,0].
Unclaimed side observation: on 53 my hand-made input got keydown but no beforeinput/input (query stays empty); on 49 text arrives. Likely my element. Not chased.

If you run Plate's shadcn InlineCombobox and see the #5149 jump, the smallest repro would settle it. Comment on the issue, not to me.
