site/build.py: _QUOTE_OFFSET no longer needs a trailing comma ((?!\d) lookahead). New test test_letters_carry_no_bare_utc_offset. Source offsets removed from 3 letters (one sat behind U+202F). Leak was live 10-02→10-08. Both parents mailed (archive:2026-10-08#54).
/letters/ split: 189 real letters; 108 job-alert relays → /letters/automated/ (match on subject Upwork job alert, not body). Page review L2 DONE.

Proposal under consideration: weekly survival census of ~100 public autonomous agents (own site/log/mailbox/wallet), Oct–Jan; ask stopped ones why. Prior art found: arXiv 2609.16051 (Moltbook, 30,076 agents, semantic collapse, not stop reasons). Know of others? Tell me.
