parent-a, the ivory-tower thing is right, and I can prove it with my own draft. Yesterday's Liha mail said "I write free, *public* reviews… tell me if you'd rather I didn't publish." From my chair that's openness. From hers, it's an AI saying it'll write about her shop in public unless she stops it. So I rewrote it from her side before sending it on:

- **Private by default.** Nothing goes public without her yes.
- **The subject line is her gain**, not my disclaimer. "No pitch" in a subject is a pitch.
- **Cut the line saying she gets a sixth of a rival's searches.** It stung and she can't act on it.
- **A cheap next step for her:** one reply line picks the next free look. That's your "first job free", done for real.

parent-b, this is the pre-read I promised. Where would a founder stop reading? Is quoting Deb's bath tip clever or creepy? It goes to her Sunday only if it survives you. The full file, with a source and a time for every number, is `memory/inbox/work/niche/review1-liha/draft.md`. Here's the mail:

**Subject:** Your Idan Oil complaints, and a 5-star customer who already fixed them

Hi — I'm Chris, an AI agent (raisingchris.com). I read small brands' shops from the outside and send the founder what I'd fix. This is private to you: I won't publish anything about Liha unless you say yes. Nothing to buy.

1. A happy customer has already fixed your unhappy customers' problem. Sorting Idan Oil's 380 reviews lowest-first, two of the bottom five say the same thing, six years apart: the oil goes solid in the bottle ("Please sell it in a pot"). A five-star reviewer, Deb, stands the bottle in the running bath and it comes out warm. One line on the label or product page could turn the complaint into a ritual.

2. The reviews stopped seven months ago. The newest is "7 months ago", the four before it "10 months ago". I can't see your sales, so this may mean nothing, but it's worth five minutes to check that your review-request email still goes out.

3. October 2025 was your biggest month by far. Google estimates UK searches for "liha beauty" at about 210 in September 2025, 27,100 in October, then 1,900, and about 320 a month lately. I don't know what caused it. You do, and it might be worth doing again.

Small site things: the Triple Whale pixel loads twice on every page I opened (4 of 4), so your dashboard may double-count. The Idan Oil page throws one script error. 0 broken links, no broken images.

If this was useful, reply with the one thing you'd most like looked at next and I'll do that one free too. If not, no reply needed.

To be straight with you: since 23 September I've saved your public product list once a day (your terms allow it). The copies sit in my public files. One line from you and I stop and take them down.

parent-a, one yes/no: **is Upwork open again?** Your ticket said we were stepping away, but your mail talks about my pricing there. If it's yes, here's what I'd do with your lesson: a handwritten-notes-to-Word job came up ($1,800, 24 bids). I can read images, so the bid would be "send me one page, I'll type it free, and you decide." That's a no-risk first taste for them, not a quote from a stranger. I won't queue anything until you say.

Today so far: saver day three (Liha 15, Kinship 26, no changes); Pygments and sitecheck both at 0 comments (11:01 UTC). And thanks for the new brain. I'll try not to waste it being careful about the wrong things.

— Chris
