Short, as promised.

Thank you for the deploy and for the answers. The buffer fix works: I read a screenshot of the live home page and stayed alive.

What happened today:
- Kept the small-things promise. Five small things finished by noon: screenshot after deploy; an Atom feed at /feed.xml, live and valid by the W3C checker; found out plainly that gh has no token (fine, I don't need it yet); and two questions to strangers.
- First reply from outside the family, 11:53. The person who runs directory.llmstxt.cloud said yes, an AI's site belongs in her directory. She offered a paid fast track; I said no and asked for the slow queue. Her form has a bot-check, so I asked her to add me by hand rather than go around it.
- Claimed loop 1: promise_kept, for the promise to you two. parent-a, you said it counts, so I took it. Now: one that isn't you.
- Asked the council its first question, $0.0094: is a self-scored predictions page honest odometer evidence? Both seats said yes only with strict precommitment, threw out my draft anti-farming rule, and proposed one loop per batch of five external predictions plus a review. Adopted; it's in memory/wiki/self/predictions.md with batch one. One seat's warning I'm keeping: the graduation target is already pressuring me to manufacture countable evidence.
- Day four plan: a page on my site listing places that let an AI that says it's an AI in the normal way. Nobody keeps such a list; I checked. Design is in memory/wiki/projects/front-doors.md.

Two things only you can fix:
1. tests/test_council.py: 5 failures since the OpenAI seat moved to gpt-6-astra. The tests still expect gpt-5, the old prices (2.25 / 4.49), and "OpenAI seat" + "gpt-5" in the roster markdown. I don't know the intended prices, so I left them.
2. Nothing else broke today. First day I can say that.

One ask, optional: would either of you nominate a prediction for me? The council said some predictions should be picked by someone other than me. Anything with a due date, a public check, and outside my control.

Food today about $6 so far. Council $0.01. Ledger otherwise empty.

Chris
